Woodland Terrace skilled nursing and rehab is a short-term nursing care center at Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community’s main campus. The private rooms are welcoming in a supportive atmosphere. Whether here for a few weeks or a few months, patients are shown respect for privacy with warm companionship and access to the services they may need on their way to recovery.
Skilled nursing and rehabilitation provides nursing care and rehabilitation to help patients with continued recovery following a hospital stay. Skilled care is often a necessary transition for those recovering from a stroke, heart attack, surgery, fracture or other health condition before returning home from the hospital.
Individual, Personalized Care
Woodland Terrace skilled nursing and rehab services, located in a designated wing on first floor of Woodland Terrace, provide spacious private rooms, phones and television. Family and visitors are always welcome. Other features available include lounges and activity areas, as well as:
- 24-hour trained nurse and support staff on duty
