Dear Residents, Staff, Families and Supporters,
It seems the weather is having a hard time figuring out if it should stay winter or change to spring! At least with the calendar flipping to April tomorrow, we all know the end of winter is near!
I promised another update on our Covid status and testing this week:
Bremer County is in substantial (orange) transmission with 16 positive tests in the County in the last 7 days.
At Bartels, follow-up testing has been completed and there have been no new cases of Covid identified in any area of the campus in the last 14 days.
Worship services will happen as normal in all areas and we have opened up to large group and cross-floor activities.
We will continue to require masks to be worn throughout the Easter Holiday with the increased traffic in the building.
Here is the upcoming schedule for Holy Week worship in the Good Shepherd Chapel:
Palm Sunday at 10:15 am on April 2nd
Maundy Thursday on April 6th at 3:00 pm
Good Friday April 7th at 3:00 pm
Easter Sunday April 9th at 10:15 am
We encourage family members and visitors to join us! You will still be required to screen in on the Kiosk and wear a mask.
Peace be with you,
Paula Geise, RN, MSN, CEO
