Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist. Successful candidates will be responsible for managing the administration of human resources policies, staff communications, procedures, and programs related to recruitment and staffing, compensation, employee relations, and benefit administration. This position requires strong interpersonal communication skills and is responsible for maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning employment. Accuracy, consistency and strict confidentiality are a must. A degree in the Human Resources field is required with a minimum of three years of related experience.
